Advanced Technology To Build A Comprehensive Product R&D Manufacturing System

We have a research and development team composed of numerous doctoral degree holders in materials science and elite returnees from overseas, boasting exceptional independent research and development capabilities.The core of our technology is to prepare inorganic nano-ceramic materials into superfine particles less than 40nm with special processes. Through the original dispersion technology, the nano-ceramic materials are evenly dispersed into the slurry, and the nano-ceramic materials are dispersed into slurry and PET particles with special technologies to prepare PET functional masterbatches. Then, it is mixed with the modified PET particles to form a film by biaxial stretching. At the same time, an appropriate amount of porousness materials with rich and regular pore structures are added, so that the energy conservation film can solve the radiation heat transfer and partial heat transfer problems at the same time, so that the product has a unique optical performance of a variety of metal materials, achieving high transparency, high heat insulation, high UV resistance, no oxidation, no fading, and high weathering.
